Canine Soulmates Rescue was started by a group of people who wanted to help find great dogs loving and permenant homes. Our rescue accepts all breeds and even mixed breeds (called All-Breed Rescue). We maintain a network of foster homes.

We are in desperate need of Foster Homes. If you have considered getting another dog take a look at fostering. When the right home comes along and you see that beautiful connection between the dog and the person, it makes it all worth while.

When a dog is turned into us, it is placed into a temporary foster home belonging to one of our members. There, its temperament and health can be evaluated, and some basic training, socialization, and health care are provided while the we search for the right permanent home for each dog.

Thus, a "rescue dog", as opposed to a shelter dog, has been evaluated in a home setting. The foster home can tell you much about his day-to-day habits and behaviors. They know for sure if he is housebroken, if he barks a lot, if he likes children, if he gets along with other dogs and cats.

Adopting a dog is life long commitment with and the rewards are many. We want to place our dogs in permanent homes, so careful consideration is taken before adopting out a dog.

Most Saturdays and some Sundays we can be found at either the PetsMart in Euless (Hwy 121 & Glade Road)holding our "Meet and Greets". Here you will be able to meet most of our dogs in person and ask us any questions you might have.
